1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and heynaji ("heynaji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the heynaji website at heynaji.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available therein.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the heynaji platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game, promotion, or betting market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the heynaji platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted in their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity exists, heynaji reserves the right to apply a reasonable interpretation consistent with the overall intent of the agreement and the best interests of the player community as a whole.

heynaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside heynaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold a heynaji account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or any voluntary or mandatory exclusion from online gaming platforms.
• You have not previously had a heynaji account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a heynaji employee or contractor in a role with access to platform operations or game outcomes.

heynaji conducts age verification checks on all newly registered accounts as part of the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm their age. Accounts that fail to pass age verification within a reasonable timeframe will be suspended pending resolution.

heynaji takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds pending investigation, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accumulated while underage will be forfeited in full.

Geographical Eligibility

heynaji primarily serves the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of access. heynaji makes no representation that its services are appropriate, available, or permitted in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the heynaji platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event that any of the details you have provided change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your heynaji account credentials, including your username and password. heynaji strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA / OTP) via your registered mobile number.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact heynaji support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

heynaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying heynaji of unauthorised access will be treated as activity conducted by you.

KYC Verification

heynaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage — not only at withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is concluded.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

heynaji supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the heynaji platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum and Maximum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on heynaji is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳200,000. These limits may be adjusted from time to time; any changes will be communicated via the cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the maximum single withdrawal is ৳500,000 per transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. heynaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a legitimate compliance or security reason to do so.

Withdrawal to Deposit Method

In order to prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, heynaji support will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative method, subject to identity verification.

Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been deducted from your mobile wallet or bank account, please contact heynaji support immediately with the transaction reference number, amount, and timestamp. heynaji will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours of receiving complete transaction details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

heynaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all heynaji bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 or above who have completed KYC verification.
• Each player may claim each individual bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus balance is forfeited. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.
• heynaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse the heynaji bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to heynaji support. Winnings derived from bonuses credited in error may be voided.

VIP Cashback Programme

Qualifying players in heynaji's VIP programme may receive a weekly cashback of up to 15% of net losses, credited every Friday by 18:00 BST. VIP cashback is subject to a wagering requirement of 1x (one times) the cashback amount before withdrawal. Full VIP programme terms are published in the promotions section of the platform.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on heynaji, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of access, and to use the platform in a manner consistent with these Terms and with common standards of reasonable and lawful conduct.

In particular, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at all subsequent points of verification.
• Use heynaji solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify heynaji immediately of any suspected breach of account security.
• Deposit only funds that legitimately belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• Engage with heynaji's customer support team in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at support staff are not tolerated and may result in account closure.
• Comply with the responsible gaming guidelines published on heynaji's Responsible Gaming page and make use of the self-management tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling may be becoming problematic.
• Not access heynaji using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise or misrepresent your geographic location or identity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heynaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraudulent Registration: Creating an account using false identity information, impersonating another individual, or registering multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access heynaji services while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 to do so.
• Money Laundering: Using the heynaji platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, with intent to launder or conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-variant games or coordinating bet placement in live markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Engaging in structured betting or game selection patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting promotions through multi-accounting or systematic arbitrage.
• Technical Exploitation: Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the heynaji platform or in any game to obtain an unfair advantage or unintended credits. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to play games or place bets on heynaji without genuine human interaction.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider without first raising the dispute with heynaji support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account closure and recovery of any withdrawn funds.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

heynaji provides access to games and betting markets supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, JILI, CQ9, and Habanero. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

All games offered on heynaji that involve random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game provider. heynaji does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the game provider and are available within each game's information section.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting on heynaji is conducted according to standard international sports betting rules. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets placed after an event has concluded are void and will be refunded at stake value.
• In the event of a match suspension or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules published at the time of wagering.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• heynaji reserves the right to void bets where manifestly incorrect odds have been published due to technical error, and will refund stakes in full in such cases.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the heynaji platform logs and game provider records constitute the authoritative source of truth. Players who wish to dispute a game outcome or betting settlement must contact heynaji support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the heynaji platform — including but not limited to the heynaji brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, promotional materials, game thumbnails, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of heynaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the heynaji platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any heynaji content without prior written consent.
• Use the heynaji name, logo, or brand assets in any context outside of the heynaji platform without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the heynaji platform.
• Create derivative works based on heynaji's content or interface design.

Game content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their applicable licensing terms.

10 Liability & Disclaimer

heynaji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access and accurate game and odds data, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, latency, or interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heynaji expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. heynaji is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from internet connectivity issues, browser incompatibilities, or device malfunctions outside heynaji's control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security as required by these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the heynaji platform.
• Any loss arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit heynaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

heynaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards heynaji staff or other players.
• Account closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their heynaji account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining balance (less any pending bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method following successful identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion via heynaji support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of one (1) month to a maximum of five (5) years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and all marketing communications will be suppressed. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. 12 Amendments to Terms

heynaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes reflecting material updates to player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered players no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address a security threat, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

Notification of changes will be delivered via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the heynaji platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated".

Your continued use of the heynaji platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the heynaji platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
